Daily (M-F) Shipments for Next Morning Delivery

We operate two barges that arrive each evening in Avalon where they are unloaded and prepared for pick-up and delivery the next morning. 

We are open Saturday’s in Avalon from 8 am to 12 pm for morning pick-up and in Wilmington from 10 am to 2 pm for drop-offs.

Whether driving a truck or your persona vehicle, our courteous receiving staff will happily assist you in weighing and processing your shipment and quickly getting you on your way. 

Large (>100 Tons) and Small (envelopes) Cargo Shipping

Both of our barges the Islander and the Islander II are 38’ x 128’ and carry a maximum of 450 tons. Shipping an envelope or a car, or even a small house, we can do it all.  Smaller cargo like documents travel in our secured document carriers, while full trailers or large pieces of equipment can easily be driven right on to our barges. 

Frozen Food/Perishable Shipping

We have recently added four new refrigeration trucks to our fleet to allow us to meet any and all of your frozen product needs. 

Charters

For customers carrying extra large loads or needing extra space we offer charter services.  Our barges carry up to 450 tons and over 25,000 cubic feet of cargo.  For more information on charter rates, please contact Customer Service at 310-549-4004.
